Travel Suggestions

Ok, so the folks from Australia are coming for another dose of culture shock and I need some suggestions on where to take them this time. Probably looking at about 2 weeks travelling by car. Last visit here they saw a hell of a lot of the country.

Around Bogota
Villavicencio
Villa de Lleyva
Paipa
Santa Marta
Tarragona
Barranquilla
Cartagena
Planeta Rica

I would like to do La Cafetera y El Desierto de Tatacoa or maybe even La Isla Gorgona (is that how it is spelt).

So if anyone can fill me in on those areas or has any suggestions or ideas let me know please.

Cheers,
Scott

Zona cafetera is delightful and great for the oldies,I took my parents there and they loved the atmosphere and the countryside. You could base yourself in finca hotel,(reasonable and clean and comfortable) and visit the cafe park,Panaca,Salento, valle de Corcora and so on.
Also we are coming into the whale watching season on the pacific coast and a trip to Bahia Solano is nice, relaxing and enjoy the whales.
Hope this helps.

Well, if you can convince them, I've read the paragliding is awesome in and around Medellin, and there's no better way to catch a view of a city then from that height, unless you can afford to charter a plane.

No matter where you go, the Korean tour bus isn't far behind.
