The question is can my wife, once she gets her K-3 visa approved, travel freely between Medellin and the US. i.e. if she were to get approved by say August 2006 could she come to the US then go back to Colombia in November 2006 for our catholic wedding, then come back home in December 2006. Are there any restrictions on this or anything else of interest i should know? Thanks.
BTW, i submitted my I-130 yesterday. I want to thank everyone for there help through this process. Hopefully the rest of the process goes smoothly.

utopiacowboy says on Apr 12, 2006, 12:25: For its 2 year duration, she can travel freely on the K-3 visa. My wife used it several times to re-enter the US after short trips away. Unlike the K-1 which can only be used once, the K-3 is a multi-entry visa. Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
