Travel Partner

Hi,
I'm looking for a travel partner for trips in Colombia to remote destinations January to March of 2008. Possible destinations include, Nabusimake in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, San Agustin and surrounding areas, Parque de los Nevados and the Orinoco region, starting from Puerto Carreno and Puerto Inirida. I am part Colombian (the other part is German and I live in Canada for most of the year), have traveled quite a bit in Colombia, just a little loath to travel by myself all the time. Looking for someone easygoing and congenial who is willing to put up with a certain amount of discomfort (insects, heat, long treks) in search of unique places.
Cheers,

Sounds like fun.... Good luck finding one.... My partner wouldn't allow me to travel with someone else!

There is something adventurous yet tranquil about traveling off the beaten path alone. I too envy you. You better take a bunch of pictures and share them here. Good luck on finding a companion. I would go if I could - like most of us here I imagine.

do you plan on getting robbed on this vacation......remote destinations are risky.....and traveling with a stranger..........not a good idea....on your end or the stranger that goes
