Travel from Puerto Obaldia to Turbo to Medellin

I live in Boquete Panama. I am interested in traveling from Puerto Obaldia to Turbo and then on to Medellin by bus. Is there a problem, safety wise, from P. Obaldia to Turbo? What is the cost? What is the bus trip like from Turbo to Medellin? What is the cost? Thanks for the help. Bruce
