TransMilenio Plans - Extension of Park Along Calle 26?

Anybody here with reliable information on FINAL transmilenio plans as they relate to El Dorado line connecting to Las AGUAS via Calle 26. I have heard they plan to extend the park to the side of Plaza de los Toros all the way up...(Bosque Izquierdo, Macarena barrios)


Anybody informed about this? Or know what government agency I could speak with to obtain the plans for the development of this neighborhood? Or know someone who knows their stuff regarding transmilenio plans? Thank you for ideas!
