All of the documents that my fiance brings with him to the interview need to be translated correct? This means birth certificates, police certificates.... EVERYTHING????? So it wouldn't be a bad idea to just start getting that stuff done little by little????

rjstuff says on Feb 21, 2006, 16:30: Nope. All the documents that she brings or sends to bogota can be in Spanish (or English.) But she should get a couple of certified translated copies of her birth certificate for use during AOS etc. Nothing needs to be translated for Bogota. If she was married then her divorce decree should also be translated (for later use.) Good Luck
