Training mechanics...

I want to get a job teaching young guys to be mechanics. I have never studied it myself. But I figure, if I can drive a car, I can teach Colombians how to repair it.

Anyone know of a place where I can get this type of job?

Car Mechanics? Does it take a lot of
Skills to fix a car right? No. In new
cars the 'mechanic' plugs a computer
Into the car and gets a diagnostic readout.
The 'mechanic' then replaces a module
according to a code on the screen....that
easy and still they don't do it right.

So, you're saying that it is ont a good idea to teach mechanics to people when I don't know much about it myself. And that driving a car is not enough qualifications to teach mechanics?

vicidiot - I AGREE.

exactly that same as...just because you can speak English, that does not make you qualifies to teach it. Fact. Plain and simple. Onlt those with a teaching degree can argue with it. Sorry, also a fact.
