After you´ve taken some fotos of Plaza de Bolivar and wandered around La Candelaria, hit the Botero Museum, and the Police History Museum (includes an English speaking tour guide who will show you their Pablo Escobar exhibit)...they´re both free and keep you dry until the sun comes out and Montserrate becomes worthwhile. I guess there is also the Gold Museum too if you´re prospecting. Share a cab to Andres Carnes de Res for steak and drinks on the weekend?...25 km north in Chia but supposed to be a highlight even the natives recommend.
