I am looking for someone going to England before 28th June, in order to post a letter for me (I am in Medellin).

Offered:
I am going to England on July 12th, and can take letters or very light package to post if required. Coming back end of August.

Hey as long as whatever it is is unwrapped why not? I wouldn't be comfortable with everything, and probably not from online (at least not in the coming from Colombia direction), but for someone I know, some things yes. Ie. Photos, some earrings, christmas cards, etc.

I'd schlepp a book *to* Colombia for someone if they didn't mind me reading it on the way there.

I don't have any problem with muling letters or small packages for people. They obviously have to be given to you open so you can inspect the contents, so what's the big deal?

I mule stuff in and out of Cuba all the time for Internet acquaintances. (There are no dependable mail or courier options in or out of Cuba.)
