To all the colombianas - ?Qué trata de decir mi ex-novia en este mensaje?

I received the following letter from my ex-novia (who lives in colombia) today. Is she saying anything between the lines? I understand virtually everything she is writing but sometimes the meaning of a written message goes deeper than words. I am unsure of her intent. Does she just want to be friends and communicate periodically or is she saying she wants to get back together? She was the one to initiate the breakup during my last visit to colombia two months ago.

Hola Don, espero que te encuentres super bien en uniòn
de quienes te rodean.
Don, la verdad es que esperaba siquiera un saludo de
parte tuya para conmigo, igual yo soy conciente de
todo lo sucedido y de mil maneras te pido excusas, no
fuè mi intenciòn herirte, serìa incapaz de hacerlo,
por que tù eres un bello ser que Dios quiso mandar al
mundo y la verdad nos puso en el camino para hacer
algo lindo por los dos.
Te confieso que estos dìas a mi me han servido de
mucho, para reflexionar, estar alejada de todo,

que tù sabes que yò necesitaba un tiempo para borrar

Tù eres un gran hombre, en mi familia esto ìò muy
duro, mi mamà se deprimiò muchisimo y ella me decìa
que en la iglesia nos veìan casados, ella y todas las
personas que nos trataron deseaban vernos asì.
M______ te recuerda mucho, sus hijos y toda la
familia.
Me ha dolido que tù ni siquiera hallas podido
escribirme, sino que me decìas dile a E___ tal razòn
y mas nada, làstima.
Quisiera saber como va todo con tu trabajo, tus chicas
de internet, tù salud, como esta tu familia, amigos
etc.
La verdad Don, es que me gustarìa hablar bien contigo.
Estoy viviendo todavìa donde M_____, seguì pagando
el curso de inglès, mas no he podido asistir. Si
quiero hablar este idioma y la verdad es que te doy
gracias por que tù fuiste quien me impulsò a hacerlo.
Me gustarìa hablar muy en serio contigo, siempre y
cuando tù estes dispuesto a hacerlo.
Reconozco todo y sè que fallè pero errar es de humano
y en la vida merecemos siempre una oportunidad.

I suppose you went to her life when she was at the end of another relationship or while she was with some emotional troubles...she seemed sincere and open.

Also, she is looking you as this person who confront her and at same time be open to listen what is in her heart. Seems that after that, she hopes that you both could have another chance.

Colombian women like men insist in their love. In that way, they-colombian w- would know that man's interest is genuine.
