Tips for foreigner in Cali

Hi, thanks for looking at my post...

Could any of you guys give me tips on living in Cali or in Colombia in general?

I am going to be there for 6 months but I am not going to work, I will mostly be staying in Cali

What are the good/bad points?

Are you guys happy there?

I have been there 3 times and I love it but I have been there maximum 6 weeks at a time and am a bit nervous about staying for 6 months, mainly because of missing my family not for the safety bit, I speak fluent spanish and when I go I act normal and I dress y actuo like the other caleño's and am always with un conocido,

En fin, me encanta pero a la vez me preocupo, es que voy a ensayar a ver si vivo alla un tiempo, de pronto enseñando ingles.....

Please help me out with ANY advice Thanxxxx

La_Mona, I 'm going to delete on of your duplicate threads, which one do you want to keep? This one is on topic but the other one has many more comments. I'd like to keep the other one and perhaps change the title to "Tips to foreigner in Cali" instead of "Colombia".

Cheers,
Desi
