but back to topic...or were we off?

10% to 20% is fair throughout the world. unfortunately, so many establishments around the world have a 15% service fee that RARELY ever gets to the employees...it's just more cash for mgmt to sequester. so after all's said and done, one is reticent to add another 10-20% over the 15% already paid just to be kind to your service. like i said, just use your heart and be kind.
