PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS MAN IS A TIME WASTER !!! I tried to help him out with a clean, apartment for 3 weeks in Cali for a ridiculously reasonable price. He was all for it, so my novia called his wife and she arranged to visit it for viewing. Guess what ? they didnt even turn up to see it. Ok, thats fair enough, if you arent interested you arent interested but they didnt even call to say they werent coming and my novia had to sit in all friggin night !!!
