Si, Sabaneta..mi gusta mucho..is sort of a hidden secret..the city has big plans for this place. don't know when but like the extension of the metro, another big mall, and some other stuff. The park mentioned above is starting to cook on Thurs, as mentioned..happy hour on..I agree. In my opinion the folks and ladies are more down to earth their..again just my opinion..

Cha Cha is a bit far to travel for a night out from Medellin. Go to Blue if u like the down and very dirty rock / backpacker manky scene, or Babylon for a good night; or across the road palmitas. I like Puebla in Sabeneta but no idea if its good on Thurs. Tierra dentro used to be good on a Thurs - it has changed names and new theme; ask around to see if its still good (2 or 3 blocks above p Lleres).

Investment Strategy - buying when others are crying!! Offloading when others are gloating!!!

Well...hmmmm...CTG..how bout the poster now? Listen many people traveling write Sabaneta off as being outta the way and having nothing to offer..tell me that is not somewhat true no? Everybody flocks to the usuals..Poblado..Park Urass..Luareles..etc..
How often do you hear it on this site?? Compared to how much it has..Its a cool little spot there..

Certainly here it mentioned less than El Pobaldo, but has less to offer in my view overall, but I understand where you are coming from now.
