This weekend in Medellin

Anybody have any suggestions on what to do this upcoming weekend (11/11) in Medellin? I'm arriving at the beginning of a 10 day trip but know that it's a puente. Does that mean there's no nightlife in the city? I'm planning on sticking around for 2-3 days and then go to the Zona Cafetera.
