One time I took a trainee out on the field to teach him the ropes of my job. 22 years old. The dude liked going to all night gay bars and what not. I told him to be careful of gay bashers because I didn't want to see him get hurt. There are some sick-ass intolerant people out there. He appreciated my concern, but went off to enjoy himself anyway. Wonderful kid and one of my best analysts. His sexual orientation doesn't mean squat diddley doo to me. His person, professionalism, candor, safety, and humor does.

If he and other gay friends saw this thread, they'd crack up. I'm just playing the reverse pyche play here. Just as well, gays or even closet homos don't have to look in this thread either once they see title.
