Ahh,, the NEW Garden Center in South Cali,,, Year or so ago ONLY the new Home Center was open, you got to see it to believe what a difference a year makes,, another amazing new development courtesy of the Uribe Administration. Almost as big as Chipichape at this time and a new expansion looks another 50% plus starting construction should make it bigger.

unfortunately it is everywhere. when in Barcelona I met a girl who had never seen a mall until 1998 when she went to california. Now there is like 9 or so in barcelona.
