The nose twitch

So not everyone in colombia is selling coke or bewitched. I thought it was some subtle, you like drugs? But no, its more like, "Que." Or more clearly, "I don't understand your spanish gringo." Have you seen it?

I thought it was a Cuban thing, I've never seen it in Colombia. When I first saw it in Cuba without understanding its significance it freaked me out.

Yeah I've seen that in Cuba too. I think it would be real difficult to get someone to stop, but yeah, it can be real unflattering.

Or pointing by poking your tounge against the inside of your cheek. I told my wifes friend I thought she was offering a blow job at the last party when she did this. Everyone died laughing then acknowledged it to seem so.

i don't know about twitching noses or insinuated 'head', but i do know they point with their elbows. they'll be doing something with their hands...scratching, smoking, drinking or anything else and they'll point with their elbows

Caution: Pointing with the elbows can lead to the full blown chicken dance (try it in your chair, you'll see what I mean)
