The guys are getting ruffled....

You know what I think is sad. The women who use this site listen to the men objectify women constantly. Yet one woman expresses something negative about women in Colombia and the reaction is so negative. I'm not agreeing with Desi's comments, but I have to admit that I've heard the same things repeated by several Colombians. Relax guys. This is a site to expres opinions and share information about Colombia. We are all here because we have some attachment to the country or another. Most people aren't here to do harm. So just listen, share and learn something. Don't attack and destroy one another just because we don't always agree.

fyi The recent duplicate posts have been deleted, and the author has been temporarily banned from posting on this forum. Please follow the simple rules of respect for this forum. If not, I will (in this order) first delete the offending posts, then, if the person continues to break the rules, ban them from posting, then, if they still continue (maybe under a different name), delete all of their old postings (I have luckily never had to do this). I hope everyone can appreciate the need for moderation in a community like this. Cheers!
