The gay community in Medellin!!

Hey guys! I just wondering why the lesbians in colombia are sooooo in the closet! I usually spend all my summers in Medellin and I do have a great time and all, but I dont know. Some of the girls that I meet usually are ashamed of who they are... The guys in the other hand are more relaxed and very friendly. My cousin is also gay and so we usually hit up most of the gay scene in Medellin. I think that maybe in the future people would start to excepted the community, I know our family supports us and thats what matters. Do you guys have any opinions on that.?.?

Persecution? My best friend is gay and if there is something I have learned is that there are more gays in Colombia than I ever thought and that they very open about it that I ever thought they would be. They live among the community with no need of moving into a ghetto to be accepted, like in many other places.

I was SOOO stupid I remember the FIRST TIME I set foot in Colombia. Here my dumb ass is walking down the streets of Bogota watching all the girls walking "Arm in Arm" together or "Holding hands". I said to myself "Self, your screwed, you arn;t going to find any single women here, they are all gay"... LOL... At the time, little did I know it was normal for strait women to walk down the street holding hands or walking arm in arm with their female friends. WOW did I feel better after getting THAT piece of information.. LOL... But it DID make for some great head movies.. LOL....

Now on a serious note, my wife teaches professional dance in Barranquilla so she is around LOTS of gay men who dance professionally. To connect that to my Bogota story, I have NEVER seen either gay men or lesbians showing any type of affection in public. So from what I can see, it is definatly a CLOSET issue here with regards to being seen in public.

I saw the same thing, BAQ ... ...many times and commented about it to my wife. She expressed surprise at my observation. She told me it is common to see women friends holding hands or interlocking arms. There are normally no romantic intentions from either party.

I may not look it, I got this very Dimomenz Diaz corroncho look, but I have absolutely no problem with two guys enjoying putting their hairy sweaty balls on each others face, and I’m also proud to say that running around the village NYC in the 70’s, had many gay friends. As for lezbies, I like them too, and find that there’s nothing more beautiful than to see two young pretty lezbies going at it and me watching in the corner of the room with pants down.
