The Best salsa place in Cali? Where the hot papis are

Anyone have any particular recomendation which place is the best to salsa and where are all the papis go? I heard Juanchito is the Salsa District, but any one place in particular that is amazing?

Chango is good, but the whole juanchito district is not cheap to get to by taxi. I remember paying something close to 20,000 to get from Chango to my novia's house to drop her off and then to my hotel in San Antonio.
