I appreciate the answer on the Affidavit, took a lot of sweat of my head. You have a lot of good knowledge and information about this and I appreciate the time you take in answering mine and everyone elses questions. I know a good bit, but without the experience of the whole process I occassionally have some questions. If you don't mind what is your opinion on these things. I have sent $400 to my fiancée's bank account three different times for my travel expenses to Colombia and for other things like our wedding rings and other wedding things, because they are a ton cheaper there. I'd trust my fiancée with my life and every cent I had, but do you think the Embassy could look at this the wrong way, assuming we would have the receipts for the rings, her wedding dress, and some of my travel expenses? I already have about 3 or 4 inches thick of evidence on our relationship and we are months away from the interview. Is it possible to have too much evidence??? For example our letters to each other by email well total over 200 to 300 pages now. Also, she speaks very little English, but I speak good Spanish and read it even better, we never have a problem communicating and I was interested in you opinion on this also. Lastly, I promise for now anyways, I mentioned above about the money transfers. Right now I am exchanging my Dollars for about $2650 pesos per dollar and that is through Direct Deposite with a 4% fee. Is that a pretty good deal, or would you recommend something else? Thanks a bunch!!! Chao
