Mr. Hollywood says on Nov 15, 2007, 21:52: You can set your clock by the US embassy terror warning. The state dept security folks have a very different set of priorities than the average jose. Any time they hear of a "plot" to bomb the Zona Rosa or something like that the warning goes out. I just always assume that in Colombia there's a constant plot to blow shit up and wreak havoc, so there's no need for a warning.
