Did... Did you read the article? of course not, it says that there is not such information coming form any of the Colombian securyty bodies, the American embassy just made it up. I think the USA embassy has a strong delirious of persecution. I think they are mentally sick.

You can set your clock by the US embassy terror warning. The state dept security folks have a very different set of priorities than the average jose. Any time they hear of a "plot" to bomb the Zona Rosa or something like that the warning goes out. I just always assume that in Colombia there's a constant plot to blow shit up and wreak havoc, so there's no need for a warning.
