Telmex or UNE?

We are moving and finally get to have more options for internet, cable and phone. Good bye Telebucaramanga (Telefonica). :) So we are now considering packages from both UNE and Telmex. Prices are similar but we have no experince with either place. Anyone want to share how good or bad either of these companies are before we get locked into a year contract with them? Thanks!

Hi Adrienne,

here is a thread from last week that may be of interest. I myself have used UNE, and found them to be quite good. I have had a couple of issues which are usually resolved quickly, and their support is quite good by any standards I have seen. The last issue I experienced was actually caused by a recent visit by a Telmex crew who visited the building.

Elmo you need to move to where Telemex is from and you would be in a complete paradise.
