I've been talking regularly by phone with a friend in Bogota (I'm in Canada) and it seems like about once a month the phone service goes down for about a week. Is this pretty much normal in that area? Is it due to the weather they've been having?

thur says on Nov 12, 2005, 02:42: Calling to Bogotá. We've never had serious problems calling to Bogotá. The few times we couldn't was because they (in Colombia) hadn't payed the bill on time and then it can take a while before they get reconnected. - pbase.com/thur 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
