teenagers in Bogota

Hello.

Can a teenager take the bus in Bogota without his parents ?
Is it dangerous ?

Are there activities for them ?
Are there holiday camps?

there was something called vacaciones recreativas, but i think was gear to young kids... don't know about holidays camp in Bogotá or Colombia, to my kids the whole of colombia was a holiday camp :)))
