teaching english in Barranquilla,Colombia

Hola & Hello,
I am in need of information on teaching english in Barranquilla,Colombia.I expect to travel in September and was told to teach english to offset expenses.I have taught in Brasil and thru my church with TEFL and missionary teaching cert.I am college educated,which means nothing in the states and desire to work in Colombia and possibly marry my girlfriend who lives there.Do I need work visa? Is 1500.00 to 2000.00 american possible,private tutor or school,contract-no contract,cost of living,expenses and other questions?Any input would help and be appreciated! Thank You!
