Tayronia Park Questions

Hi, I read on another website that you need to show proof of vaccination for yellow fever in order to enter the park. Can anyone verify if that true or false? If true, can I get one at any local hospital?

False.I would get it False. Thay actually never ask it, even if it is told as compulsory on a sign at the entrance of the park.
I would get it anyway. Remember, 10 days before and you can get it in any clinic or hospital in Santa Marta.

Better to burn out than to fade away.

No, it is not necessary Although it is advisable that you get the vaccine, the staff at the park do not ask you for proof of vaccination. It's just better to be safe than sorry. And if you're not gonna get vaccinated then at least wear a lot of sunscreen and be safe.
