i don't trust taxi drivers that sell drugs. in Cartagena i had a lot of offers. these are the guys that will rob you under the right circumstances. my friend was going to take a tour of the city with one driver that offered drugs until i warned him. they also like to get paid in U.S. dollars because they will charge you double. these guys usually speak English. i usually go with the guy that speaks zero English and does'nt sell drugs on long trips.
