Hello everyone. Could someone who has a house in Chia or any place strato 5 o 6 tell me which are the annual taxes? My sister has a house in strato 4 and she said she almost had to sell the house to be able to pay the taxes..!! Is she exaggerating? We would probably buy something in the $250,000,000 -$300,000,000 COP range, sort of 150,000 USD. Would appreciate someone letting me about annual taxes on property.
Many thanks,
Ines

juanalejo says on Jun 7, 2005, 15:22: Tinto no, they fall behind The prices fall behind market value, it is updated every year but not even with the slow economy they were able to come back on to real terms. They are trying to do a better job at IDU, now keeping up to date, but the prices have gone up so fast in the last two years that they will not catch up for the time being.
