Taxes in Colombia for partnerships Col and Uk relationship

does anyone know or can anyone give me a stear me in the right direction, My girlfriend and I have been together for 3 years, i send her an allowance of each month , i have also brought an apartment in Bogota that is in her name, she is a student and i have paid for her studies, she has had no income in these 3 years aopart from what i have sent there, She has been told that she needs to pay roughly 25 millions of pasos to the goverment for tax. Is there a way to avoid this ? and has she been informed Correctly?

Why would you pay 25 Millions on Tax, thats way too much money for an apartment? Than why would you compromise on paying for all her studies? why cant she find a part-time job and help her self ? If she is going to school and not working, than she is more likeky free during the nights and going out, while enjoying your money.
