Taxes departing out of BOG (int'l)

A question for your frequent flyers:

I used miles to purchase a ticket for my GF - CLO/BOG/EZE/BOG/CLO.

I paid taxed when I purchased the ticket (DL/AV ticket taxes). While at an AV counter in MDE airport on a trip, I reticketed (required for making some changes), and while there was no fee I was charged a new set of taxes, I think about COP100.000. I think these were the BOG int'l departure taxes.

Anyway, my question is will she have to pay any other taxes when she is departing out of BOG?

Most people do not know this, take my family for instance everytime they flight to colombia they have to pay a fee at bogota airport on their way back like $60 thousand pesos or something, but if you reside on a different country and you have evidence to show this ie resident visa on a passport all you need to do is go to one of those "OFICINAS DE LA AEURONAUTICA" found at all airports before you go to the check ins point, show them your passport they will stamp it with a Tax exempt stamp which you then will show to the person at the check in point as well as the person at the DAS desk and they will not charge you anything, i did this a month ago when i was coming back to london and they didn't ask me to pay for anything!
