Tax structure for earned wages in Colombia

Does anyone know the actual tax structure for earned wages in Colombia..not from a pension. I am negotiating a permanent transfer to our Bogotá office. They have never had a non Colombian citizen on payroll and are not sure about taxes. I know that the tax rates for Colombians is based on a table and a percentage for the first million and then the second and so on until you hit around 6million and then everything after that is taxed at the highest bracket. However I found a US CPA site that indicates a foreigner working in Colombia would pay the top tax rate on all wages form the first million. Does anyone have any experience with this or know a site with the Colombian Government that covers this? Thanks in advance.
