tax for pensionado visa

Good morning everyone!

I want to inform all of you that yesterday i went to DIAN`S office and fill in a written petition in order to know the taxes rules that work for foreign citizens who have pensionado visa.

The guy told me that can take 15 working days so i will put a post as soon as i have the answer.

greetings

Get an accountant. Don't deal with these silly Dian people. Get yourself an accountant who knows the ins and outs of the system and can legally have you living the way others are living without having to pay siht in taxes or at the very least the barest minimum. The Dian will rip you off unless you know the system and take advantage of it. A mediocre accountant will have you paying more taxes than you should also. A good accountant is the best investment if you are going to be legally paying taxes. There are other ways to live here and get your money and not even visit the Dian once. And it's all perfectly legal. Too many honest people getting ripped off by the DIAN.
