Yes. Many of the gyms here have tanning beds (like Spinning Center and BodyTech). I've been to a tanning place on Cra. 11 with about Cll 90. I can't remember the name but it had "Sol" in it. It is clean and reasonably priced so I would recommend it.

Yes, there are all over the place. Easy to find in the phone book as well.

or you can stand next to a group of pasty gringos during a sunny day in Bogota and catch a tan off the reflections......jijijijij......

I have seen a lot of tanning places in bogota, but the fake bake is definitely not a popular thing in colombia. Thank God...

Hmm now I'm curious, what about spray tan booths? imho Bogota is up high enough I'm sure everyone gets a pretty big dose of natural light.. wouldn't the faster lower-radiation alternative be pretty appealing?

I saw one tanning beds in Carrera 15 and calle 85. But believe or not, you could get tanned in Bogotá with the sun and wind. People complain about the weather in Bogotá, maybe because when it is sunny they are behind a desk or at home bitching about everything else.

Im just really light complected naturally and Im not wanting to feel out of place or pointed out as a gringa. I am Jewish descent so i do naturally look different then the average gringo.

i am from sunny california, and to me i always thought the Bogota people (in general) were pretty light skinned.....and almost pasty, some of them at least....just not much sun and lots of layers of clothing..kinda like people from seattle washington......its not like you will be glowing in the dark, so to speak....=)
