In pubs I don´t know. BUT I have seen a french foosball / table football / kicker at the panaderia francesa in la Candelaria. It is located around Calle 9 con 2da, pretty much up the hill.
There is also a great restaurant (french) in the garden patio behind the panaderia where you can sit in the sun, enjoy a big lomo fino at 26mil with Club Colombias for 2,5mil. They even have hammocks to relax in...my favorite spot to cure the hangover on a Sunday afternoon.It really feels like being in the country side far from the city.It is called Cicuta.
