surgery near armenia

looking for a couple of things for a couple of people.

All are in Armenia, but can travel as far as Cali/Medellin. If necesary, will go to Bogotá.

1 - orthodontist, 4 years ago I had metal fillings changed here in Armenia, I've since had them changed 4 TIMES! I guess another city might be it.

2 - boob job, she was all set to have one here in Armenia since there are now tons of clinics, but after hearing about my dentistry, well...... Supposedly a lot of people come here for it, but don't know anyone who's done it. Any suggs?

3 - Lasik, for me and someone else. Both have glasses for 2 years now, but hey it's my EYES, rather not screw this up. Will probably wait, but thought to ask too.

Thanks for any info! I've checked the archives and have been snooping, but haven't found anything concrete yet. All would also rather do the surgeries around here since we live here if there is a problem.
