At Champions sports bar we will have 3 large projection screens and over 200 seats with tables. There´s Beer, rum, guaro, food like burgers, chuzos, fajitas, nachos, steaks, etc. all reasonably priced. It will be a fun time. Come early to get a good seat! 4PM starts the Fox Sports pre-game show in English only available thru Direc TV. Game is in spanish unfortunately. We also can facilitate wagers in dollars or colombian pesos via our offshore account and pay winnings on the spot. panthdave says on Jan 29, 2008, 10:19: Chris you can use the NFL Fieldpass Radio Service to get the game in English...I think there having a 7 day free trial and you can cancel the next day....I did that with NFC and AFC Championship Games in Medellin...Turned the TV Volume Down and listened to the Radio Service via Internet which was not bad... panthdave Miami 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

spigrimace says on Jan 29, 2008, 11:41: Thanks for the heads up Panthdave. Is it in synch? I have tried using radio stations b4 thru the internet but the interent always is behind 2 minutes or so. Most of the clients admit they aren´t even listening. They simply are chatting, eating and drinking so it doesn´t bug them too much. Too bad the game´s not on ESPN Latin America like the last bunch of years because Direc TV lets you change ESPN Lat. Am. to English. Cheers and enjoy the game my friend.

rhydewithdis says on Jan 29, 2008, 12:16: I was in Panama last year for the Super Bowl and was invited to a co-workers house to watch the game... unfortunately the game was broadcast in Espanol which totally ruined the whole fun of it (for me at least). Even worse, the second best part of the Super Bowl is the commercials in the US, none of which were broadcast. Instead they broadcast their own local commercials... huge bummer. They said I couldn't play football I was too small / They say I couldn't play basketball I wasn't tall / They say I couldn't play baseball at all / And now everyday of my life I ball. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
