SUNRISE HOTEL BOOKINGS IN THE US

Wonder if it is possible to book the sunrise hotel in San Andres from the USA.?.

All of my previous vacations were booked internally within Colombia.

Anyone know of a good travel agent dealing with them , It allways seems cheaper to book in Colombia.
