Sun came out In Bogota !

So I ran down to my local coffee House ( Cafe Brot ) and had the pleasure of Coffee and SUN this morning ; what a treat .

Walked around the Barrio and ended up on Calle 90 between 11 & 7 .. There are no less than six starting or under construction Apt. buildings in the area . We ain't talkin no cheap stuff here . The guys politically connected must being really skimming off the top of Plan Colombia big time . lol
