Suggestions on things to do while in Medellin...

My wife and I are having a wedding ceremony in Medellin in a few months. We were married in June in the USA. Anyway I have about 25 people coming from the US for the wedding ceremony. Various types of people single guys and married couples. Obviously I want to take out my single friends to clubs like Mangos. We have a Chiva bus rented for an evening. Everyone is staying at the Sheraton 4 Points so they can go to the mall. However everyone is there for 5 days. I don't want people to sit around. I want them to experience Colombia. What suggestions does anyone have as far as neat things to do? Any help is appreciated. I have only been to Medellin twice and one of the times I was in a Finca. I have only gone to one club Mangos so I don't know my way around that great.

What to do..... Since you're going to be there with your colombian wife and family, I suggest you ask them to rent a bus for the entire group and that way you can organize your own tour, maybe an entire day in the "Oriente" region, you start by going to the La Fe dam, then the Llanogrande area where you can have lunch, then you can visit Rionegro and San Antonio de Pereira and then return to the city.
Another option is to take them on a day trip to Santa Fe de Antioquia. A beautiful colonial town, that includes lunch, swimming at the pool in a good hotel or club and then driving back to Medellin.
Don't forget to take them to a "shopping spree" not only to Oviedo Mall but also to El Tesoro (great view of the city) and San Diego.
