Oh wow, I'm glad I tropece con este sitio. Anyway, not to steal the thunder from the other guy who is asking the same question, only for Bogota... but you could really help me out with your suggestions.
Also, should I see about getting a mariachi to assist in the honors? Or is that just pompous? I want it to be memorable and exciting.
Thank you friends...
I remain,
Sr. Rima V

Personally, I wouldv'e killed my now husband if he brings mariachis. "El mirador de san antonio" is very romantic place and you can see the city from above. Good luck! PATO 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

Gator says on Feb 2, 2005, 06:52: Yes, but according... to my wife the mariachis and a serenata are kinda expected. I was threated with death, at least being handed over to FARC, by her sisters unless I did this. Not real sure where you can hire them in Bogotá but we have seen the bands around some Mexican restuarants like Museo del Tequila in the Zona Rosa. Gary Hall says on Feb 3, 2005, 06:55: Rema V Try the steps of San Antonio over looking the city of Cali just before the sun goes down. It is truly Beautiful and the people around you during this time will make it even more romantic for you. You might even take some flowers with you.
