I am not cali savvy, at least not in terms of education. I have very close friends who graduated from Colegio Bolivar and I have been told its one of the best schools in Cali. I think they have 12th grade as they do American High School, again, I am not sure.
Here is the Website:

I am sure Desi might help out, she is an expert on Cali. Good luck

There is also
http://www.colombobritanico.edu.co/espanol/
which offers which is an IB World School meaning, I believe, it offers the International Baccalaureate and a Colombian secondary diploma.
The Colegio Bolivar offers a US High School Diploma as well as a Colombian secondary diploma.

I'm not sure which would be best for you but I'd presume French would be available at both. Best to give them both a ring and find out!

Regarding tuition...you could be looking at over $10,000 a year for either but you would need to ask the schools directly for full details.

I believe that those two bilingual schools already mentioned are the very best in Cali. Since you are planning to return to USA after your year in Cali Colegio Bolivar would probably be your best bet, even if I think Britanico has a better academic level. I don't know of any trilingual schools in Cali, there's Liceo Frances Paul Valery but that's only bilingual, Spanish-French but probably with English as an optional language.

Other bilingual schools: Colegio Jefferson, Colegio Bennet, Colegio Diana Oese.

Cheers,
Desi

I taught at the Bennett and the Jefferson in the 90s. If you live in the North, you could study at the Jefferson. If you live in the South, you could study at the Bennett or one of the other schools mentioned in the South. I recommend them both, but it really depends on your personality and your "philosophy" on education. What do you want to learn and how do you want to learn it? I would recommend that you meet with the administrators and talk to a few graduates or graduating students.

Colegio Bolivar is the best in public relations. No doubt about it. It's very expensive and has a high academic level . If you graduate from Bolivar your friends will play golf and squash, will spend most of their times in Miami and will enter to an American university or Los Andes in Bogota and will be the CEO's in the future.

That doesn't mean it's the best in academical level. I think one of the best is Colegio Lacordaire and Paul Valery. The first one is not bilingual but has a very good academical level. The second allows you french and english (in this order)

Ask anybody and will say Colegio Bolivar, Aleman, Jefferson and British school. If you have the money, go for Bolivar.
