Statutory Declaration???

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone knows what the equivalent of a "Statutory Declaration" is in Colombia?

Any lawyers out there???

(Also if anyone has a 'template' for what these sort of look like, if they could send me a copy (lorrytrippin2 at yahoo.com), it would be much appreciated!)
