Starting a new life in Cartagena

Hi my name is evelia,

I life in Holland and i have gone to Colombia a couple of times now. I met my current boyfriend in cartagena de Indias. I did not fel in love with him before i fel in love with that beautifull place down here on earth. My boyfriend a true "costeño" want to live life together and eventually marry. I am earning money at this moment to safe so that i can buy one house form him and me to life in and i also want to buy or a building or a piece of ground so that i could build a nice cosy caribean pension for colombian travellers and ofcourse for travellers outside of Colombia. Does anyone know how to go about getting good info about buying houses, apartments in Cartagena
