I currently reside in SC (Texas is the processing center) I anticipate a job related move within the next month or two to Vermont (different processing center). Should I begin the K3/K4 process and risk delays trying to change centers mid stream or wait the two months for the move and then start in Vermont?
Anyone with experience changing service centers? Does it cause delays or problems?

Check out the uscis.gov website to verify. Also, immigration is notorious for losing letters and change of address'. Either way you can not lose because you are that much closer to bringing your wife to the states. Good Luck.

Vermont does handle the underlying I-130 a lot faster than Texas does so it may be a consideration. Check out www.uscis.gov for the processing times. Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
