stain glass supplies/ art work in Colombia?

Anyone know of a place to buy stain glass supplies, or artwork? Not the commercial items though. Something you would find here at a juried art fair, etc. I didn't see anything when I was there, but then I wasn't looking either.

i have a friend in llano grande, outside of medellin, near rio negro, who is an artist working in 'vitral' or stained glass. he has every imaginable tool/supply and i know he buys them in medellin.

Thank you so much I was getting worried no one would respond/know. I will be living in Armenia before the end of the year. This is a hobby for me, not a living, though I wish it could be. It would be very expensive for me to ship glass etc. My spanish is so-so at the moment. Learning words as I need them. Will go back to classes once I get there.
Is this something well known and common, something people would do as a "Hobby" the way we do here? or maybe a little more obscure? I know you may not know, but appreciate anything you can tell me.Thanks again.
