Reading thru the document looks like Spirit has 90 days to start the route or they lose the primary award...Seems that way...Lets see if Spirit will start A319 Airbus Service to MDE...I just want this to happen so this drives down American,Avianca,and Copa fares to Rio Negro.....Avianca is my favorite flight because of the times....Land 6:10 Rio Negro and Leaves 9:55 every morning to MIA>....Spirit will probably have a morning flight out of FTL which is good and then turn the plane around real quick in MDE so probably a 3PM flight out of MDE which sucks..but the fare is good many people will take advantage and I will take advantage of Avianca lowering the fare alittle..

Not quite Panth, this is only a tentative order. The document said that after the publication of a final order they would have 90 days. "Complainers" still have 7 days to file objections and then DOT has 4 days to respond. But if there is a significant objection the schedule is up in the air again; and who knows whether or when there will be a final order.. I'm rooting for Spirit.
