Hi everybody,
I'm having a hard time finding out what the requirements are for a Special Temporary Visa. It is described as:
For a foreigner who is either financially independent or a partner or owner of a commercial establishment or company domiciled in Colombia. The Visa is for one year, with multiple entries. It expires if the foreigner leaves the country for more than 180 days.
This is what I thought a business visa was, but obviously not. A business visa is for someone working for a foriegn company in Colombia.
Does anyone know what the requirements are or what the procedure is. I know I have to apply outside Colombia, and I know I will have to register my business with DAS or some other organisation but that's about it.
Thanks for any advice.

Furthermore you need a statement from an accountant that you are going to invest 40 millions COP (minimum)in colombia. You need some more documentation. Then you can go you can apply at a consulate in another country.

In example, if the partners can ask for earnings each year.
