1)Tourist visa
Then "a NON-ECC " member 8 example Colombia or Rissia e.a. )
need:
Hotel reservation
Plane ticket
Application form 2 exempl
International pasport
Travel insurrance for the value or 30000 euro

2)for visa with Invitation

No-Hotel reservation but a notary invitation
all the rest is the same

Best info for Visa for Spain is available at Spanish Consulate
in Bogota .
They will give you " the correct" list of papers which you need.
This is also so for All-countries who signed the Shengen agreements.
